I think they really speak to the notion of “bridging the gap” that Laura is trying to convey with the blog.

Sometimes, in that spirit of “we’re all in this together” you really just have to take the lead and just do what it takes to get things done – which it sounds like you did. Do we need to add “peacemaker” to the job description? 🙂
