Many times the profile of Business Analyst is synonym with IT Specialist. A Business analyst act between business goals and technology that is employed in the organization.
There is a growing demand for professionals who can understand and effectively manage business requirements and effectively provide proper solutions to the problems organization is facing with powerful plans in order to accomplish business goals. So I am sort of in that loop, im taking on new job, where my old role was Business Analyst/Business Intelligence, where work on small little projects but they are now asking me to lead it E2E for company wide.
I have no idea where and how to get started. I feel like I need a check list…Which Business Techniques do I use, and in what order? I wish there was a way to have an outline? I know that no 2 projects are alike, but be great to have an outline, and what to use when?
